We're all doing our best with the tools we have at hand. But we could sure use a little help sometimes!
There are many ways I can help support you. Here are a few:

incorporate mindfulness and self-compassion techniques in your daily life to help manage stress and promote feelings of well-being
provide a safe place for you to express and handle feelings more comfortably
increase your ability to identify and process your emotions effectively
access your creativity, whether you are in a so-called creative profession or just want more of that spark in your work
Specifically for parents, I can help you do all of the above, plus:
improve your communication skills with your tween or teen
teach you to become your adolescent's emotional coach
provide support and resources in finding partial or complete residential treatment programs for a struggling teen
support you as you process, then talk with your adolescent about major life events or changes, like divorce, illness, or relocation
offer support and resources for parents of LGBTQ+ adolescents
help you to navigate the middle school to high school and high school to college changes
guide you to flourishing in the empty nest phase
