Adolescents

You are creative, resourceful, and whole. Asking for and accepting help and support is a sign of strength.

There are so many ways I can help to support you in a warm, non-judgmental atmosphere. Here are a few general examples:

  • increase your self-awareness so that you have more choices in how you respond to yourself and others

  • develop perspective and effect the changes you want to make

  • strengthen your sense of self

  • feel calm and balanced so you can handle challenging situations in your life

  • incorporate mindfulness and self-compassion techniques in your daily life to help manage stress and promote feelings of well-being

Every person and each situation is unique, but there are patterns at work during each stage of life. I have coached hundreds of adolescents in, for example:
